Captain’s Blog 8/2/10

Great first intra club lads good numbers and good to see some on lookers already supporting the club with a lot of players missing due to other commitments we still had enough for two sides.The teams were evenly matched I thought and although it was a slow start the tempo picked up quickly.With some good ball movement through the middle and around the ground it didn’t take long before all the new and old guy’s to found there feet and show the new coaches there stuff.In saying that it looks like there will be some very difficult selection nights.

All the new player’s that have come to the eels from what I saw will fit very nicely into the Ellenbrook Senior football club sides and hopefully they enjoyed there first hit out at there new club and I’m really looking forward to the first  scratch match against the Knights.
